IBEW Local #322 Referral Procedure        Effective July 1, 2021

Job Board @ IBEW 322 – Job Hot line and recorder # 307-265-1170

Most Jobs require Pre-Employment drug testing -Do not waste our time or yours if this could be a problem.

Initial Sign In

a)  BK-1 can sign in person, resign link on IBEW322 website, email -resign@ibew322.org

b)  BK-2 can sign in person, resign link on IBEW 322 website, email – resign@ibew322.org

Persons desiring to sign out of work list will provide:

a) Current IBEW dues receipt

b) Traveler will need current travel letter (introduction letter)

c) Any applicable licenses or certifications

d) Termination form from their last employer

e) Non-members - Verificable documentation of qualifications

An applicant who has registered on the out-of-work list must resign between the 10^th and the 16^th of each month or they will be removed from out-of-work list.

All applicants will be added to the short call book.

Dispatch Procedure:

Inside – all calls will be posted to the job board on website and on the recorder. Any applicant desiring to take a call shall leave a message at 307-265-1170 with your first and Last name and phone number and which call you would like between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am and at 8:30 am in the morning the union hall will notify the successful applicants.

Outside – all calls will be posted to the job board on the website.  Any applicant desiring to take a call shall leave a message at 307-265-1170 with your first and last name and phone number and which call you would like between 5:00 pm and 8:00 am and at 8:30 am in the morning the union hall will notify the successful applicants.

The Business Manager is responsible to fill calls in a timely manner as needed. In an emergency referral’s can be issued outside of normal hours using all available means to fill job calls.
